The GreenshadesOnline Integration work flow is designed to be efficient and flexible to the level of integration you wish to achieve with the GreenshadesOnline solution.
Step 1 Send our team an email or work with your account manager to start the process. Here is the information we need to initiate the process:
Our integration team will ensure you are setup with a contact person and any other information you need for your integration. You should expect the following from us:
Step 2 Prepare your data in one of the supported data formats. Be sure to include the data that is required for the modules you want to use. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our integration support team.
Step 3 Test your data files in our test environment. At any point, you may install the Sync Application and begin testing using the test registration key. This will allow you to see any errors and review the full results on the GreenshadesOnline portal. Any work done on this test environment will not affect your production environment and cannot be transferred to your production environment.
Step 4 Based on the modules you would like to integrate with, you will need to pass certain test scenarios. This step is designed to ensure the integration is working properly and ensure you will have minimal number of issues in the production environment.
Step 5 Move to production. Once Greenshades has reviewed the test scenarios with you, you will be ready to sync using your Production Registration key. When syncing with your Production Registration key, your company will be setup in the production environment and ready for you to begin the full setup and implementation process for each of your modules.
