The following GreenshadesOnline modules may be purchased and used together or separately. Depending on the module, you may find additional constraints and considerations, which should be reviewed and accounted for in the integration.

 

Pay History

Pay History allows administrators, managers, and employees the ability to view and manage employee check stubs and direct deposit slips online.

This module can be used as a stand alone module. See file format details for which data elements are required.

 

Payroll Tax Service

The Payroll Tax Service modules allows payroll administrators the ability to track and electronically file and pay their Federal, State, and Local taxes. This service is supported by a dedicated team of tax service professionals.

This module is dependent on the Pay History module. See file format details for which data elements are required in addition to Pay History data.

 

Benefits Enrollment

The Benefits Enrollment module allows administrators the ability manage employee health, retirement, life, and many other benefits as well as coordinate open enrollment, qualifying life events, and new hire events across the company. This module provides compliance with large employer requirements of the Affordable Care Act.

This module is dependent on the Employee Profile module. See file format details for which data elements are required.

 

Employee Profile

The Employee Profile module allows employees the ability to manage their personal information, address, and dependents. Administrators and managers can review and approve changes.

This module can be used as a stand alone module. See file format details for which data elements are required.  

 

Time Entry

The Time Entry modules allows employees to enter time online or on their mobile phone, edit and submit time sheets, and review past time sheets. Administrators and managers review and approve time sheets.

This module can be used as a stand alone module. See file format details for which data elements are required.  

 

Time Off

The Time Off module allows employees to make time off requests online or from their mobile phone. Administrators and managers are able to review and approve employee requests.

This module can be used as a stand alone module but has additional functionality when used with the Pay History and Time Off module.  Pairing with the Pay History modules allows employees to see historical time off based on time off taken on the pay statements. Use the Time Entry module allows for time off requests to populate on the employee's time sheet when approved.
