Greenshades Online Self-Service portal can be used for viewing employee paystubs, making profile changes, uploading HR documents and more. As an HR or Payroll administrator, this can make your life much easier.
Our Greenshades Online Self-Service portal has grown over the years to become what it is today.
2007- Introduced year-end forms. This allowed employees to log-in and view their tax forms as well as having the functionality for employees to download the forms as well.
2008 – Introduced Employee self-service options
2010 – Merged our ESS options and year-end forms into one easy to use website.

Here are just a few modules that our Employee Self Service site offers:
- Pay Stubs – Sync pay history data from your accounting package to the site for your employees to view and download.
- Employee Profile – Employees can update their own addresses, emergency contacts, dependents and more. This makes information change forms a non-issue.
- Direct Deposit – Employees can sign up and manage their direct deposit information right from the website, making paper request obsolete.
- Employee Documents – Submit electronic versions of forms to easily update HR and Payroll forms, including W-4s and I-9s. Online documents make the new-hire process a breeze and nearly paperless. Allowing for employees to fill out their forms and sign with an electronic signature.
- Time off – View available PTO balances, request time off with manager approval and see which employees will be off soon in an employee’s department or company-wide.
- Timesheets – Clock-in and clock-out, submit for manager approval, and calculate overtime.
- Benefits – Let your employees select their health insurance, retirement, and other benefits easily, according to their eligibility. Have their choices update in your payroll system for the next pay run. In addition, the solution assists in managing ACA eligibility and reporting.
- Mobile Application – Greenshades also has a mobile app for employees, allowing them to view their paystubs on the go. The app also includes Receipt and Document uploads. Time entry and time off in one easy to use app.
