- Open Integration, Open Client - client knows about Greenshades and the integration, existance of software is obvious. Greenshades provides direct support to client.
- Full Integration, Open Client - integration is behinds the scenes, Client calls greenshades
- Open Integration, Closed Client - integration is open, Client calls partner
- Full Integration (OEM) - All work is done behind the scenes and client does not see Greenshades. Client call partner and issues are routed to Greenshades as necessary. Need Premium Support package for super fast response time on a per ticket basis.
