This solution allows you to utlize the modules and functionality of GreenshadesOnline, no matter what system you are using to manage your payroll and human resource processes. This also allows business partners a way to tightly integrate your solutions with ours to create a fully featured offering to your customers.
There are multiple aspects of the GreenshadesOnline Integration solution. You can choose to use some or all of the available options.
- Data Integration - All integrators will be supplying source data either through the Greenshades supported formats or by building your own Data Adapter. GreenshadesOnline can only be used when you provide the basic level of company information through one of the data integrations. Beyond the basic information, each GreenshadesOnline module may require additional information.
- Pass-Through Authentication - If you have a web solution and want to authenticate users to GreenshadesOnline yourself, you are able to do so. This allows employees the ability to log in once and carry that authentication between your website and GreenshadesOnline.
- Themeing - Themeing options are available for GreenEmployee (the employee portal component of GreenshadesOnline). These include setting up your corporate logo and main corporate colors.
- Embedding GreenEmployee - You may choose to embed GreenEmployee pages within the pages of your own website. This option will strip away the main navigation bar and allow you to load pages within an iFrame on your own pages. This must be combined with the Pass-Through Authentication option so that employees do not see a seperate login page.
