Dynamics GP Payment Collection Solution

Sending out invoices and managing payments can be a tedious process. Greenshades offers an out-source solution that integrates directly with Dynamics GP and the invoices you have created therein. Once you have created an invoice, you may outsource the distribution to us through the click of a button. We will design the bill to look however you wish and then print and mail it using eco-friendly supplies and energy-efficient machinery, making the mailing process cheaper and greener than could be accomplished in-house. If you have an email address for your customer, we will send your customer a PDF of their invoice along with payment instructions.

Because of our integration with Dynamics GP, all you need to do is create the invoice, click a button, and wait for the payment to arrive-- your days of printing, stuffing, and mailing have come to an end.




If you asked us to mail out paper notifications, your customers may mail a check to you in an attached return envelope. Regardless of whether you asked us to mail out paper notifications or email out a PDF of the invoice, your customers may also pay online using a credit card. If you already have your own website where you accept payments, we will direct them to that website through an email link or printed instructions in the paper mailing. Otherwise, we will direct them to a secure payment site where your customers can log in, download their invoice, and then pay using a credit card. In addition to being themed to look like your corporate website, our payment site will use your merchant services to process the credit cards, meaning the money goes directly to you. Your customers may also set up recurring payments if they expect to recevie regular invoices throughout the year. In addition to easy payment processing, invoices paid online also have the advantage of being automatically updated in Dynamics through the two-way Greenshades integration. By generating and emailing invoice PDFs and then accepting payment online, your payment collection can become a completely paperless process.
