The Profile Management module provides a straightforward way for employees to update their own personal information, address, contacts, and dependents. These profile changes are automatically carried over to Dynamics GP via bi-directional integration.
Employees are provided with an intuitive interface that allows editing of information that is controlled by your settings. Once a change is submitted, the appropriate personnel (the Supervisor or the designated HR team) will be notified via email of pending changes.
Once reviewed, Employee Profile changes are automatically synced back into Dynamics GP enabled by the Greenshades Online Connector. The Greenshades Online Connector is an easy to use wizard that works natively with Dynamics GP 9.0 and 10.0.
