The Federal W-4 module gives both HR/Payroll personnel and your employees an easy to user interface to manage W-4 certificates. Employees can view their current Federal W-4 and edit it utilizing the actual form and worksheets, including a digital signature. Greenshades Online also has yearly reminders for employees to review and update their W-4 record.

Robust Management Tools

HR personnel will have the ability to obtain various reports including historical versions of Employee W-4s with full employee view/edit audit trails. After employee-submitted changes are reviewed and approved, the Greenshades Online Connector (included) can sync the data back to Dynamics GP and update the employee tax information. Use of the module meets all federal requirements for electronic retention of W-4s
