The Paystub module enables employees to access their check stubs and direct deposit earnings statements online.
Employees can view, download and save paystubs in PDF format that looks exactly as they always have... or paystubs can be enhanced with features such as the ability to place a company logo on the document and choose additional GP fields to display! Automatic notifications can be sent and past paystubs are kept available as well, in an easy to navigate menu, to help cut down on reprint requests.
Similarly, year-end statements such as W-2s and 1099s can be made available for employees to access. Employees can review year-to date summaries at any time from their electronic paystub section. Plus, a special report is available on Greenshades Online once the Dynamics year has been closed, allowing your employees to get a head start on their taxes!
