Year-End Forms Portal

Greenshades provides our Year-End Forms Software through the web portal at www.DownloadMyForm.com.  Greenshades will import your W-2, 1099, or T-4 information into DownloadMyForm.com from your accounting package or Excel spreadsheets.  Once imported, administrators can view PDFs of the forms, make edits, and perform a variety of tasks.  Administrators can also send their employees and vendors a link to DownloadMyForm.com which will allow them to log in and receive their form electronically.  Every form received electronically is one less form that must be printed and mailed. 

When it does come time to deliver the forms to employees that haven't downloaded them already, DownloadMyForm allows two options.  The easiest method is to allow Greenshades to print and mail the forms from our mailhouse through our Automail feature.  There is a small per-form charge for this service, but it ensures that you will not have to print, stuff, or stamp any of your forms.  Alternatively, administrators can download PDFs of their forms and print them on-site.  Greenshades provides paper and envelopes that are guaranteed to fit perfectly with our forms.
