Greenshades will take your W-2, 1099, or T-4 information and load it onto a secure website where your employees/vendors can log in and download their own forms as PDFs. Every time your employees download their form online, it's one less form that you have to print and mail. Because our solution costs less than the price of a stamp, you'll save real money year-one, we'll make a small profit, and the government just won't sell as much postage. If your employees have workstations or computer access, this can lead to significant savings.

Your corporate administrators may also log into the site and view PDFs of the forms, make edits, and perform a variety of other tasks. When the end of January arrives and it's time to mail the forms to employees that haven't already downloaded them, you have two options: you can print the forms and mail them yourself or you can ask us to handle it. If you choose to do the mailing in-house, you will be able to print the forms onto blank paper-- no need to buy expensive pre-printed forms.
