Greenshades Releases Employee Portal
Jacksonville, FL - May 15th, 2008 – Greenshades has released a new solution for companies who wish to provide their employees with a corporate web portal and self-service functionality. The newly released web-portal is located at EmployeeDesk.com and targets companies using Dynamics GP who wish to have the most important features of a corporate intranet and self-service suite without having to deploy servers or complicated software. To accomplish this goal, Greenshades has hosted their web portal and offers it under the 'software as a service' model. It is hoped that this will attract many companies that have been reluctant to purchase and install larger-scale solutions because of their cost and complexity. Greenshades is offering web portal services in a modular fashion, allowing clients to purchase the specific parts of the portal that will most benefit their business. Available at launch are the most popular features, wrapped up into the 'core module'. This includes the ability for employees to view paystubs online, view and edit their personal information, and more. The EmployeeDesk team expects to release future modules on a regular schedule.
