Greenshades Assists a Record Number of Companies with their Quarterly Filings

Jacksonville, FL – November 1^st, 2005 – Greenshades Software helps employers file a variety electronic reports, including New Hire reports, 401(k) reports, year-end W2s/1099s and many more.  On a quarterly basis, however, Greenshades is best known for their state unemployment reports.  For almost a decade, Greenshades has been providing software that extracts payroll information from various back-office systems, creates properly formatted e-files and transmits them to state governments.  In October of 2005, Greenshades helped 1,158 different companies to file their quarterly unemployment returns, a new record for number of clients assisted.  Greenshades has clients in all 50 states, ranging from a few dozen to hundreds of thousands in size.  "We think this is another sign of strong growth," said David Rosas, President of Greenshades Software, "We believe that we will be able to capitalize on this momentum as we shift gears and move into year-end with our 1099 and W2 offerings."
