Remarketing Agreement with EXACT Software

Jacksonville, FL – September 30th, 2005 Greenshades has announced that they have signed an agreement with Delaware based EXACT Software.  EXACT Software provides a variety of business solutions to the international market.  This agreement has made Greenshades the exclusive provider of payroll tax services for EXACT Globe, an enterprise level back-office solution.  Adding Greenshades' tax software to EXACT's Globe solution will offer a truly complete solution to its users.

EXACT is the latest in a line of business-solutions providers that have chosen Greenshades to help with their tax needs.  These partnerships have lead to a total package offering that neither company could achieve on its own and result in accelerated growth for both parties.
