Licensing Agreement with Billing Document Specialist

Jacksonville, FL – August 18th, 2004 – Greenshades has announced that they have signed a licensing agreement with Billing Document Specialist (BDS), experts in tax form preparation and processing.  This agreement allows BDS to use Greenshades’ E-File software to create and submit withholding reports for their clients.  This provides a perfect compliment to the form printing and processing services that BDS offers and allows BDS to offer a complete tax solution to their clients.

We welcome BDS into the growing number of companies that have partnered with Greenshades in order to provide their clients with a solution to all of their electronic filing needs.  The Greenshades eFile software will allow BDS to strengthen their offerings and provide even more value to their clients.
