Licensing Agreement with eEmpACT Software

 

 

Jacksonville, FL – April 23rd, 2004 – Greenshades has announced that they have signed an agreement with Minnesota based eEmpACT Software - A Prairie Development Company.  eEmpACT provides staffing and recruiting software solutions including front office, back office, and consulting services to its wide array of clients.  With this agreement, all of eEmpACT’s EXPRESS clients will use Greenshades Software as their exclusive vendor for their electronic filing needs.

 

Here at Greenshades, we are excited about the potential growth of both of our companies as the partnership is helping to strengthen eEmpACT’s EXPRESS product and offer a more robust solution.  We are confident that the success of these products in partnership will surely be more than the sum of the parts.
