Jacksonville, FL – February 14th, 2007 - During this 2006 year-end W2/1099 distribution, Greenshades Software's products have assisted clients in printing just under 767,000 year-end forms. Specifically, Greenshades assisted clients in creating 631,598 W2 employee copies and 135,387 1099 vendor copies for our client base of Greenshades Forms users. This year-end total almost doubled Greenshades’ total of roughly 400,000 in 2005. By using the Greenshades Forms module, clients have the opportunity to create, edit and print their W2s or 1099s onto either blank paper or onto our selection of perforated paper. This year-end also saw a significant increase in the use of our Greenshades Automail service, which allows clients to use the Greenshades Forms module to upload their W2 or 1099 data directly to our mailing house where their forms are printed, placed in envelopes and mailed without the in-office undertaking.
