Greenshades Software Produces 400,000 W2s/1099s
 

Jacksonville, FL – January 31st, 2006 - Over the past month, Greenshades Software's products have assisted clients in printing almost 400,000 year end forms.  Specifically, Greenshades assisted clients in creating 296,435 W2 employee copies and 99,751 1099 vendor copies for 2,733 different corporate entities.  By using the Greenshades Forms module, clients have the opportunity of creating W2 and 1099 forms from their accounting package information.  These forms may then be printed to either blank or perforated paper or clients may bypass printing them entirely and have the forms electronically transmitted a mail house that will print and deliver them to the appropriate recipients.  Greenshades plans to offer form printing and delivery services to a growing percentage of their client base as a natural add-on to the electronic tax filing product line.
