Employee Profile Maintenence

Employees can update their own personal information, address, contacts, and dependents using EmployeeDesk. Supervisors or your HR/Payroll staff can approve or deny any proposed changes with a quick-glance report. Once approved, any changes are automatically propegated back to Dynamics GP.

Vacation Requests

Employees can schedule time off requests quickly and easily using EmployeeDesk. Supervisors and HR/Payroll staff can approve or deny requests and view reports on prior time-off.

Basic Time Entry

Employees can enter hours worked, comments, and associate their time with the appropriate timecode online. Once completed, timesheets are sent to a supervisor for approval and then integrated back to Dynamics GP as part of a payroll batch.

Review W-2 Information

Employees can review year-to date summaries at any time from their electronic paystub section. Moreover, a special report is available on EmployeeDesk once the Dynamics year has been closed, allowing your employees to get a head start on their taxes.
